Shipping & Return Policy

Involvd USA, LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of this "Website" (https://involvdusa.com). 

By placing an order through this website you agree to the terms below. Terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations about our service.

  1. General

Stock availability. We try to maintain accurate inventory on our website but there may be an occasional stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send the available products to you, and ask whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or have us process a refund.

  1.  Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase, and the amount charged will reflect your final price.  

  1. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, Involvd USA, LLC will happily accept returns, as long as we receive your request within 30 days after accepting the item(s), and item(s) are returned to us unused and in resalable condition. Please note that when returning unused items, you will have to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Please use the mailing bag that the item was shipped in as your return packaging.

Once we receive and accept your returned item(s), a refund will be processed and credited toward a future purchase. We will notify you via email once this step has been completed. Involvd USA, LLC will gladly refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

  1. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Times

In general, domestic shipments remain in transit for 2 to 7 days.

4.2 Shipping Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time it is closed. On these occasions, and every day, we take steps to minimize any potential shipping delays.

4.3 Change-of-Delivery Address

If you request it, we can change the delivery address for your order any time before the order is shipped.

 4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

Involvd LLC will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS (standard mail). However, we are unable to do so using commercial courier services, such as FedEx, UPS and others.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will ship all available items immediately, and send the remaining items when they return to stock.

 

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your parcel has not arrived by the promised date, please contact us so that we can investigate the reason and reprocess the order.

  1. Tracking Notifications

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link which allows you to follow its progress based on updates from the courier/shipping provider.

  1. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our Customer Care department. If you are not present when a damaged parcel arrives, let us know that, too, and we’ll give you instructions about what to do next.   

  1. Taxes

 

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods displayed on our website.

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped please refer to our refund policy.

  1. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value assigned by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcels Damaged In-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for Parcels Lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
